Bangladesh Garment Management Institute (BGMI) was established in 2011 aimed to promote RMG sector of Bangladesh. The main objective of BGMI is to serve the garment industry of Bangladesh with new concepts and techniques, which is required to compete in international market in the post MFA (Multi Fiber Agreement) era. It is providing special service to RMG (Ready Made Garments) industries those who are interested to work based on Corporate Code of Conduct (an ethical policy, ethical code, statement of business practice or a set of business of principles). Bangladesh Garment Management Institute also helps the factories to get SA 8000, ISO 9001, AA1000, ISO 14001 certificates. It offers a number of courses related to its arena.
